Plant closing and notice period questions after 15 years as a project coordinator

Our team was told about a closure date that is 15 weeks away. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay.

Write down key dates and keep copies of the notice. Mine helped when a question came up later.
