Plant closing and notice period questions - 7 months and counting

Our team was told about a closure date that is 22 weeks away. I worked as a store manager before this. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
