Plant closing and notice period questions - 5 weeks in

Our team was told about a closure date that is 5 weeks away. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Has anyone been through this?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Write down key dates and keep copies of the notice. Mine helped when a question came up later.
