Plant closing and notice period questions - 5 weeks in

Our team was told about a closure date that is 5 weeks away. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Has anyone been through this?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
