Plant closing and notice period questions - 3 months and counting

Bjorn Alvarado · 2026-06-22T10:23:37.574Z

My employer announced that the site will close and gave us written notice. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news. Should I stay for the bonus?
