Plant closing and notice period questions

Our team was told about a closure date that is 16 weeks away. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Has anyone been through this?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
