Making savings last after losing my job - what worked for you?

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a recruiter. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
