Making savings last after losing my job - what worked for you?

I have 8 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a quality inspector. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
