Making savings last after losing my job - what worked for you?

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a call-centre agent. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
