Making savings last after losing my job - what worked for you?

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an event coordinator. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
