Making savings last after losing my job - what worked for you?

I have 9 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a sales associate. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $750 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
