Making savings last after losing my job - what worked for you?

We are a household of 15 and need to cut costs quickly. I worked as an operations analyst before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
