Making savings last after losing my job (update)

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a software tester. It has been a long 14 weeks. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1050 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
