Making savings last after losing my job (update)

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a janitorial supervisor. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $600 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
