Making savings last after losing my job (update)

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an operations analyst. I am in Hartford, in case local advice matters. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $850 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
