Making savings last after losing my job (update)

We are a household of 9 and need to cut costs quickly. Any experience at all would help. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
