Making savings last after losing my job (update)

We are a household of 16 and need to cut costs quickly. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
