Making savings last after losing my job (update)

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an office manager. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $500 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
