Making savings last after losing my job (update)

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a store manager. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1050 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
