Making savings last after losing my job (update)

We are a household of 9 and need to cut costs quickly. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $350 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
