Making savings last after losing my job (Toledo)

We are a household of 8 and need to cut costs quickly. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
