Making savings last after losing my job (Spokane)

I have 5 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a forklift operator. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
