Making savings last after losing my job, retail manager here

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a retail manager. It has been a long 11 weeks. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
