I have 8 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a pharmacy technician. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
