Making savings last after losing my job, office manager here

I have 8 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an office manager. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
