Making savings last after losing my job, office manager here

I have 9 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an office manager. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
