Making savings last after losing my job (Minneapolis)

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a nurse's aide. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
