Making savings last after losing my job (Memphis)

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an accountant. I worked as an accountant before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
