Making savings last after losing my job (Jacksonville)

I have 14 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a social media manager. I worked as a social media manager before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $450 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
