Making savings last after losing my job, IT help-desk technician here

We are a household of 16 and need to cut costs quickly. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $750 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
