Making savings last after losing my job, forklift operator here

I have 10 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a forklift operator. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $800 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
