Making savings last after losing my job - first time posting

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $600 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
