Making savings last after losing my job - first time posting

We are a household of 3 and need to cut costs quickly. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $550 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
