Making savings last after losing my job - first time posting

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
