Making savings last after losing my job - first time posting

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a payroll clerk. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1000 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
