Making savings last after losing my job - first time posting

We are a household of 18 and need to cut costs quickly. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $250 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
