Making savings last after losing my job - first time posting

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
