Making savings last after losing my job - first time posting

We are a household of 16 and need to cut costs quickly. It has been weighing on me all week. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $650 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
