Making savings last after losing my job

I have 9 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an administrative assistant. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1000 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
