Making savings last after losing my job

We are a household of 8 and need to cut costs quickly. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
