Making savings last after losing my job

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a medical assistant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
