Making savings last after losing my job

I have 2 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a procurement assistant. It has been weighing on me all week. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
