Making savings last after losing my job, copywriter here

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a copywriter. Any experience at all would help. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What helped the most?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
