Making savings last after losing my job (Buffalo)

We are a household of 9 and need to cut costs quickly. Thank you in advance. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
