Making savings last after losing my job - any advice?

I have 5 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a web developer. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
