Making savings last after losing my job - any advice?

We are a household of 5 and need to cut costs quickly. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
