Making savings last after losing my job - any advice?

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an operations analyst. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
