Making savings last after losing my job - any advice?

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an operations analyst. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $450 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
