Making savings last after losing my job - any advice?

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a payroll clerk. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
