Making savings last after losing my job - any advice?

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a delivery driver. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
